Design Drawing: Draft detailed blueprints of music box components, specifying shape, dimensions and other details.
Clay Draft Making: Create preliminary clay prototypes to form the basic structure.
Precision Carving: As shown, carvers meticulously sculpt clay drafts or mold blanks, refining patterns and contours for accurate shaping.
Mold Making: Produce molds from carved prototypes for mass production of gypsum and other material components.
Post-Processing: Grind, assemble and finish mold-produced parts to form the final music box.
